1. Please note minimum provisions for combustion relief air for the water heater in accordance with UPC 507. The elevation drawings suggest a louvered door may be scheduled for this location. Clarify.

2. Show the cleanouts for horizontal branch lines exceeding 5 feet which serve sinks. Ref. UPC 707.4.

MECHANICAL COMMENTS
Sheet 8
1. Please note the path and termination of the clothes dryer vent.

2. Show provisions for condensate disposal. Indicate size, material, route and point of termination.

ELECTRICAL COMMENTS
Sheet 7
1. The gfi circuit for the convenience receptacle near the mechanical equipment appears to be mislabeled. Please clarify if this receptacle, which should also indicate WP, is intended to be labeled as circuit 37.

2. Additional smoke alarms are required in the immediate vicinity outside of the sleeping areas. Please show these on the plan. Ref. R317

3. Provide the missing gfi receptacle in the upstairs bath and downstairs powder room. Ref. E3801.6.

4. Show circuits 2 and 4 for the range on the plan.

5. An additional convenience receptacle is required for the master bedroom. Ref. 3801.2.

6. Circuit 29 does not appear to have been used. Please clarify.

7. Circuits for condensing unit 3 are mislabeled. Condensing units 1 and 2 are not shown. Please clarify on the plan. See redlines.

8. Heat pumps 2 and 3 are shown twice in the panel schedules. Panel A appears to be correct. Please revise.
