COMMENTS: Please attach a response letter with the next submittal, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. The calculation presented on the submitted plan for square footage DO NOT match the calculation provided on the previously stamped approved plan you provided for reference. Please provide the correct square footage. Provide the lot area square footage and acreage and provide the FAR calculation on the site plan (LUC Sec 3.2.3.2.B and 3.2.11).


2. The rezoning conditions must be provided on the site plan.


3. Depict the sight visibility triangles (SVTs) on the site plan for the driveways along Hayne Street (DS 2-02.2.1.A.2).


4. Please fully dimension all existing parking areas which are proposed for restriping. If there is new striping in the parking areas not delineated on the partial site plan, depict all new parking and striping to demonstrate parking calculations (LUC Sec.3.3.4).
