PLAN REVIEW FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED STRUCTURE HAS BEEN COMPLETED. THIS LETTER REFLECTS COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED. IN ORDER TO FACILITATE A SHORTER BACK CHECK TIME, WE REQUEST THAT YOU PLEASE PROVIDE REVISED PLANS AND CALCULATIONS, HIGHLIGHTING ANY CHANGES, ALONG WITH A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO EACH OF THE NOTED ITEMS INDICATING ACTION TAKEN.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. ALL CORRECTIONS AND REVISIONS SHALL BE MADE ON THE ORIGINAL TRACINGS AND TWO NEW SETS OF PRINTS OR (1) SEPIA & (1) BLUE LINE SHALL BE RETURNED ALONG WITH ALL REDLINE PRINTS.

2. PEN OR PENCIL CORRECTIONS ON FINAL PRINTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTABLE. TO AVOID DELAYS ENSURE ALL CORRECTIONS HAVE BEEN MADE, ARE COMPLETE AND HAVE BEEN COORDINATED ON ALL APPLICABLE DETAILS AND NOTES.

SITE PLAN:

1. INDICATE THE LOCATION OF SEWER LINE ON THE PROPERTY AND WHERE IT ENTERS THE BUILDING.

2. CLEARLY INDICATE HOW GARAGE WILL MEET THE REQUIREMENT FOR A FIREWALL IF WITHIN 3' OF A PROPERTY LINE. [IT SOME WHAT APPEARS TO HAVE A MASONRY PARTY WALL NEAR, IF SO INDICATE HEIGHT OF WALL COMPARED TO GARAGE, ETC.]

FOUNDATION PLANS:

1. NOTE AND DETAIL MINIMUM REINFORCING, OR PROVIDE CODE JUSTIFICATION OF ALTERNATE:

STRUCTURAL PLANS:

1. HOW WILL BOND BEAM AND ANCHOR BOLTS AS INDICATED BE INSTALLED IN AN EXISTING MASONRY WALL?----------DESIGN BY ENGINEER REQUIRED

2. HOW WILL THE CONNECTION BETWEEN EXISTING MASONRY WALL AND NEW MASONRY ADDED TO THE TOP BE MADE?---------DESIGN BY ENGINEER REQUIRED

1. PROVIDED ISOMETRIC DRAWING OF WASTE LINES DOES NOT MEET CODE. WRONG SIZE HORIZONTAL WASTE LINE, WET VENTED BETWEEN 1ST AND 2ND FLOOR

2. WATER LINE: PROVIDE MAXIMUM DEVELOPED LENGTH OF LINE. WHAT SIZE IS FEEDING WATER HEATERS?

3. NOTE ON PLAN COMPLIANCE WITH WATER CONSERVATION; WATER CLOSETS 1.6 GALLONS PER FLUSH, SINKS
AND SHOWERHEADS 3 GALLONS PER MINUTE.

4. PLUMBING VENTS CANNOT EXTEND ABOVE FIREWALL---------RELOCATE.

5. NOTE ON PLANS THAT SHOWER AND TUB / SHOWER COMBINATIONS THAT HAVE INDIVIDUAL CONTROL

5. SHOW LOCATIONS OF SMOKE DETECTORS PER R317. NOTE THAT ALL SMOKE DETECTORS MUST BE
INTERCONNECTED WITH A POWER SOURCE FROM THE BUILDING WIRING, AND SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH
