1. This project has been reviewed for conformance with the 2000 IBC, 1997 UAC, 2000 IMC, 1988 IECC, 1999 NEC codes with local modifications and the 1994 UPC with State of Arizona amendments. Any revisions to this plan will require an additional review and approval by Willdan.

2. Please coordinate the parking information on sheet MSP with sheet A0.1. Correct the number of spaces to show the actual number of spaces on Pad 1. Sheet A0.1 shows 93 spaces which requires 4 accessible spaces, one of which shall be van accessible with a minimum 96 inch wide space with a 96 inch wide adjacent access aisle (see Detail 03/SP2) per 2000 IBC, Table 1106.1, Section 1106.4 and ANSI-117.1-1998.

3. Sheet A0.1, Keyed Note #52 is shown on the legend as "Not Used." However, Symbol #52 is used, see redline notes.

Sheet A1.2

1. There are note references to General Note #12; however, the General Notes on this sheet only number 1 through 9. Please clarify.

Sheet A2.1
