3. Gas btu demand load shows 2 water heaters. One water heater is indicated on the plan. Please clarify.

4. BBQ is shown on the plan but not included in the demand calculations. Revise. Ref. UPC 1217.

5. Coordinate water supply sizing. Ref. UPC 610.Plan shows 1". Notes say ½".

6. The BBQ appears to be the most remote gas outlet. Revise calculations with respect to developed length accordingly. Ref. UPC 1217.

7. Show the missing cleanouts. Ref. UPC 707.4.

8. Specify pressure balance or thermostatic mixing valve at tub / shower locations.

9. Specify venting for the water heater. Ref. UPC 512.

MECHANICAL COMMENTS

1. Dryer venting is not per UMC Sec 908. Specify governing code and indicate size path and termination.

2. Complete the return air routing.

3. Notes 3, 7, 8 and 10 do not appear to apply to this project. Please delete.

4. Revise note 14 to indicate "and IRC as amended by the City of Tucson."

ELECTRICAL COMMENTS
Sheet 8
1. The electrical load calculations indicate a 2 ½ ton and a 4 ton A/C unit. The actual installation appears to be a 5 ton heat pump. Please clarify.



2. An additional convenience receptacle is required in the living room. See redlines. Ref. R3801.

3. Complete circuit information on the plan. See redlines

4. Bedroom 3, identified as circuit 18, appears to have been mislabeled as circuit 1. See redlines.

5. The panel schedule does not show the Jacuzzi from the load calculations. If this option is provided, bonding and grounding are required. Ref. E4109.

6. The light fixture in the master bath shower must be listed for this location. Ref. E3903.
