ARCHITECTURAL: q There are no architectural comments to be addressed. STRUCTURAL: q A special inspection certificate is required for concrete on this project [2000 IBC Sec. 1704.4]. MECHANICAL: q There are no mechanical comments to be addressed. PLUMBING: q The plumbing general notes on Sheet MP1 reference that this project is to meet the 2000 International Plumbing Code. The actual requirement is to meet the 1994 Uniform Plumbing Code as amended by the State of Arizona. q Permanent ladder access is required for any water heater mounted on a platform at 8'-0" or higher above the finish floor [1994 UPC Sec. 511.2]. ELECTRICAL: q Indicate the requirements for bonding of the electrical system [1999 NEC Art. 250-104].
