The detail provided conflicts with note 6. 4. Please show branch cleanouts. Ref. UPC 707.4. MECHANICAL COMMENTS Sheet A.9 1. Coordinate dryer and washer locations. The mechanical, plumbing, electric and floor plans do not appear to be consistent. 2. Clarify clothes dryer vent termination as through wall or to roof. ELECTRICAL COMMENTS Sheet A.10 1. Note smoke alarms to be hard wired, interconnected with battery back up at all sleeping rooms and in the immediate vicinity outside sleeping areas. Ref. R317. 2.
