All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittal provided. All portions of the project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL: q Building "I" as shown on Sheet AS4 shows the property line (scaled) at ±25'-0", however the plumbing plan presented scales at 45'-0". Please clarify. Also the entrance area differs between these two sheets. Might receiving a copy of the model plans (for our reference) clear this up? ARCHITECTURAL: q The clear dimension between the bathroom lavatory and the wall next to the toilet is required to be 60" [ANSI A117.1 - 1998, Sec. 604.3.1]. Currently this dimension on the plan scales at 45" only. I realize that you are only looking for an approval for the plumbing, however this issue can seriously affect the plumbing design and therefore needs to be addressed now. STRUCTURAL: q Review is only for plumbing; therefore there are no structural comments to be addressed. MECHANICAL: q Review is only for plumbing; therefore there are no mechanical comments to be addressed. PLUMBING: q Reference the architectural comment above regarding the restroom ADA issue.
