1. Show label and dimension the future right-of-way for Broadway. Show label and dimension the future curb. Face of future curb is 12 ft. from the future right-of-way. DS 2-02.2.1.A.19

2. Show label and dimension the existing and future sightr visibility triangles for the driveway ingress/egress from Broadway ( near side is 345 ft. and the far side is 30 ft.) and for the corner of Broadway and Beverly (125 ft. along Broadway, 165 ft. along Beverly). Stem side is 20 ft. See DS 3-01.5.3 and DS 3-01 Figures 16 and 17 for locational requirements.

3. The solid waste enclosure (Detail 5 Sheet A-1) must have side bollards. DS 6-01.4.2.C.2

4. Show the width of the PAAL north of the new structure. DS 2-02.2.1.A.11

5. Label and dimension from street center line (Broadway and Beverly) to existing and proposed curbs and sidewalks. DS 2-02.2.1.A.21

6. Sidewalks are required along both street frontages where the new development is occuring. The sidewalk must be located 3 feet from back of curb. The minimum sidewalk width is 4 feet. DS 3-01.3.3.A DS 3-01.4.1.A.1.a DS 3-01.3.3.A

7. At least one sidewalk must be provided to a project from each street on which the project has frontage. DS 2-08.4.1.A

1. List on the site plan sheet(s) the legal description of the property if the pad has a separate legal description. If the pad is inclusive of the Target property list the legal description of the Target Parcel. DS 2-02.2.1.A.2

2. List on the site plan sheet(s) the project address. DS 2.0.2.1.A.3

3. List the under the location map, the section, township and range in which this site is located. DS 2-02.2.1.A.4

4. Building setback dimensions must be shown on the site plan. The building setback dimension from both Broadway Boulevard and Beverly Road future back of curb locations must be shown. The building setbacks are based on the greatest of 21 feet or the height of the structure. Please dimension as required. DS 2-02.2.1.A.7

5. Dimension the width of the PAAL between the proposed Loading zone location and the parking spaces along the north side of the proposed building.

6. Show graphically on the site plan proposed or existing freestanding signs within the PAD "A" area. The location size and type must be indicated. DS 2-02.2.1.A.
