Based on the development designator "M" in the exisitng zone M-1 an allowed density of 8 units per acre has been exceeded for the exisitng development by six units. The maximum units allowed under the current zone and development classification "M" is 320 units. It is not clear if the exisitng 320 units was the actual amount based on the allowed density at time of the original development or if the six additional units have been added after the the approval of the original development plan. In order to proceed with the proposed placement of additional units on this site the property must be rezoned to MH-2 which allows a density of 15 units per acre. Further review of this plan has been suspeneded until such time as the site has been rezoned. |
