(DS 2-02.1.A.10) 5) Show drainage pattern flow arrows, and proposed and existing finish floor elevation and finish grades on site plan. Include roof drainage patterns. Indicate that all flows up to a 10 year event will be conveyed under sidewalks. (DS 2-02.1.A.16 and DS 2-08.5.1.E) 6) Provide estimated cut and fill quantities. This project is being reviewed as less than a 25% expansion. DS 2-02 2. Percent expansions are cumulative. Provide a cumulative percent expansion calculation, including all other past expansions of building area, on the site plan. If this proposed expansion in addition to other past phases of expansion add up to greater than 25 percent, further comments may be necessary as a full code compliance review may be required.
