Also, please see plan and water heater detail 3/P3. 2. Ceiling plan indicates a height of 8'-6" for the toilet room. Plan notes on Sheet P1 specify a mounting height below 8'-0". Please coordinate with architectural for dropping ceiling height to accommodate water heater pan with platform and access to equipment. Ref. UPC 511.2. 3. Please show the condensate disposal line specifications, trap and point of termination. Ref. UPC801. Sheet MP1 General 1. The notes and specifications provided in Section 15300 suggest an automatic fire extinguishing system is to be installed. This information is not consistent with the architectural drawings or the code analysis data shown on Sheet TS1. Please clarify. MECHANICAL COMMENTS Sheet M1 1.
