PLUMBING PLANS: q A revised plumbing plan needs to be submitted reflecting the layout of the bathroom and utility room next to bedroom #3, and further showing any revisions to the gas piping layout (does the new fireplace have a log lighter). The reference set submitted shows a different layout for this area. MECHANICAL PLANS: q The revised air supply redirected 665 c.f.m. from two registers to two new registers supplying only 420 c.f.m. What happened to the rest to the supply? Please clarify. ELECTRICAL PLANS: q There are no electrical comments to be addressed.
