The following items must be revised prior to approval.
1) The existing and future 1/2 ROW's for Speeway Blvd. must be added to the plans,
2) The last approved site plan does not look like the site plan this TI package. 32 vehicle parking spaces are required per the last approved plan and are still required today. The parking spaces in the future site-triangles may not be counted as required parking spaces since all parking spaces on the last approved site plan where outside the triangles. Per the plan in this set, only 30 spaces are provided,
3) Cpmpact spaces are only permitted in the downtown redevelopment zone. The last approved site plan does not indicate any compact spaces. All required parking spaces must be a minimum of 18' by 8.5'.
4) please provide a copy of the permit and site plan for the cooler which has been added to the site since the last approved site paln.

Revise plans as required.
