q The code check on Sheet TS1.0 and the floor are calculation on Sheet AS1.0 indicate that the area of this building is 8,776 s.f., however the site plan on Sheet AS1.0 indicates the area of the building is 9,024 s.f. (4,000 new + 5,025 existing). The area expansion calculation on Sheet AS1.0 also appears to differ. Please coordinate.

STRUCTURAL:

q The structural notes on Sheet S2 indicates that high strength bolts are "not applicable" however the metal building shop drawings by Mueller, Inc. indicates how A-325 high strength bolts are to be tightened and then specifies specifically the use of A-325 bolts at many of the bolted connections. Please address. It appears that a special inspection certificate is necessary for high strength bolting.
