No soil report was submitted for review with the project documents. Please indicate the allowable soil bearing pressure used in conjunction with the beam, column, footing design. Please provide the design for the column base plate which is distributing the column load over the concrete footing. See the attachment from the American Institute of Steel Construction. 3. In conjunction with comment 2, please specify the compressive strength of the concrete to be used for the footing. PLUMBING COMMENTS - No plumbing component is proposed for the project.
