Please include a response letter with the next submittal that states how all comments have been addressed. RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: SITE PLAN 1. Add a note on the plan, "All roof down spouts on all structures must be routed under any adjacent sidewalk." Sidewalks must be flood free for up to the 10-yr. event. DS 2-08.4.1.E 2. Label on the site plan the location of the refuse container, size and access thereto fully dimensioned. DS 2-02.2.1.A.32. Refer to DS 6-01 for Solid Waste requirements. 3. Label and dimension existing and proposed curbs, sidewalks and driveways from street centerline. If a sidewalk is not currently within the right-of-way (ROW), a 4' sidewalk is required. Sidewalks must be located a minimum of three (3) feet from the back of the existing or projected curb location. DS 2-02.2.1.A.32, DS 3-01.3.3.B 4. Show drainage patterns, proposed finish floor elevation(s), and finish grades. DS 2-02.2.1.A.16. 5. All easements of record must be graphically shown on the plan together with recording docket and page reference. Please include the access agreement for the 13' One Way PAAL on the site plan. DS 2-02.2.1.A.20. 6. Clearly show, label and dimension the pedestrian circulation on the site. DS 2-02.2.1.A.12. 7. At least one (1) sidewalk will be provided to a project from each street on which the project has frontage, unless there is no vehicular access from a street because of a physical barrier, such as a drainageway or an unbroken security barrier (e.g., a wall or fence).
