All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittal provided. All portions of the project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. GENERAL: q Deferred submittals shall be reviewed by the design professional in responsible charge who shall note that documents have been reviewed and found to be in conformance with the design of the building. See IBC Sections 106.3.4.1 and 106.3.4.2. ARCHITECTURAL: q Sheet 8: Revise window elevation W8 to indicate safety glazing for the panel within 24" to the side of the door. STRUCTURAL: q There are no structural comments. MECHANICAL: q The vehicle exhaust ventilation system is an engineered system and the plans shall bear the seal and signature of the Arizona registrant responsible for the design. See also IMC Sections 502.1.4, 510.1 and 510.2 condition 3. q The exhaust ventilation system plans shall detail the design and installation of the piping systems shown, including materials specifications, support details, termination details etc. q Note on the exhaust ventilation system plans that the exhaust duct installation shall comply with ICBO Evaluation Report # 2782.
