COMMENTS: Please attach a response letter with the next submittal, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments regarding the Land Use Code and Development Standards were addressed.

1. The site plan does not show all of the interior lot lines. It appears that the proposed addition may cross or come close to crossing existing lot lines. Buildings may not cross lot lines. A lot combination may be required. Please provide documentation (see attached assessors lot combo form and copy of covenant required).
