Ref. IBC 2406.2. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS - The structural portion has been reviewed and approved. PLUMBING COMMENTS General 1. Sheet P-3.0, listed as the plumbing riser diagram in the drawing index, was not included with this submittal. Please provide this drawing. Sheet P-1.0. 1. Please provide the specification for the grease trap and clarify which fixtures are being routed to the grease trap. Please clarify which fixtures are connected to the grease trap and provide flow control specifications. Ref. UPC 1011. 2. Recheck gas pipe sizing for conformance with UPC 1217. 3. The prep sink may not connect to the waste pipe. Provide indirect waste. UPC 801. Sheet P-2.0 1. Notes P and S conflict with respect to condensate drain point of termination. Clarify. 2. Address cross connection control for equipment connected directly to the potable water supply. Ref. UPC 603. 3. The prep sink is identified in the equipment schedule as 41B. The kitchen equipment schedule on Sheet K-1.0 identifies the prep sink as 41A. The plan on K-1.0 calls out 41. Please coordinate. MECHANICAL COMMENTS Sheet M-2.1 1. Please address duct enclosure requirements. Enclosure to duct separation is a minimum of 6". Ref. IMC 506.3.11. 2. Termination of exhaust outlet must discharge a minimum of 40" above the roof surface. The bell housing which surrounds the blower does not appear to be continuous. Please clarify. Ref. IMC 506.3.13. 3. Please show grease filter mounting at not less than 45 degrees from horizontal with a drip tray at the lower edge of the filter. Ref. IMC 507.11.2. ELECTRICAL COMMENTS Sheet E-1.0 1. Please correct panel H description of transformer to show 45KVA. 2. Identify walk in cooler compressor as circuits A31 and A33 on the plan. 3. Show the interlock, location of control wiring, and identify circuits to be used on the panel for ansul activation /make-up air shut down and grease exhaust /make-up air start up interlock.
