1. The lot dimensions on the plan are incorrect. The length of the property scales to 137' and currently on the plan the length of the parcel is labeled at 147'. Revise plan as necessary to depict actual length of the property. DS 2-02.2.1.A.5.

2. Add a note on the plan, "All roof down spouts on all structures must be routed under any adjacent sidewalk." Sidewalks must be flood free for up to the 10-yr. event. DS 2-08.4.1.E

3. New development will provide on-site refuse storage, collection, and pickup areas with service access from within the tract or from an alley adjacent to the tract. For a new development to have curbside pick up, written permission is required from John Clark of the Solid Waste Department. DS 6-01.4.1.A.

2. Minimum building setback required from the street lot line is 24 feet. Revise note on plan as required.
