1. The vertical conversion 1.55 is incorrect which effects the WSE. The correct conversion is 2.2. Revise the WSE and the FFE in the drainage report using the correct vertical conversion from the GPS Control Point.

CODE SECTION/ DEVELOPMENT STANDARD

1. A sidewalk is required adjacent to the two-way PAAL. The sidewalk must be physically separated from the vehicular travel lane by means of curbing, grade separation, barriers, railings, or other means, except at crosswalks. (D.S. 2-08.4.1) (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.12)

2. The one-way PAAL must be a minimum of 24 feet in width due to the 90 degree parking spaces accessing the PAAL. (LUC Table 3.3.7-I) (D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.8)

3. All requested changes must be made to the site and landscape plans. (D.S. 2-07.2.1.A)
