1. AHU listed as single phase on Keynote 4 Sheet E1.0. and 3-phase on panel schedule. Clarify. If these are single phase units on a single circuit, have the tap conductors terminate in fuses at the respective disconnects per NEC 240-21(b) (2) (b).
2. Provide overload protection for AHUs, unless they are thermally protected. Suggest fusing the disconnect switches at 6A.
3. On Sheet E1.0, freezer controls are listed on Circuit P2-28,30,32. On panel schedule Circuits 28 & 30 are listed as spares, and Circuit 32 is part of a 3-phase feed to the AHUs. Please correct.
4. All three CU are listed in Keynotes 1,2, & 3 as having considerably more amperage than is typical per NEC Table 430-150. Please verify, and check circuitry and protection as necessary.
5. Identify circuit for maintenance receptacles for all rooftop units.
6. General notes 6 and 8 indicate all disconnects shall be fused. All equipment on key notes have non-fused disconnects. Please clarify.
7. Per NEC 250-32, where two or more buildings or structures are supplied from a common AC service, the required grounding electrodes shall be connected according to the provisions of this Article. Please comply.
8. Per NEC 250-50 (b), the metal frame of the Storage trailer(s) shall be bonded to the grounding electrode system.
Make explicit that the code-required Exit Signage, both signs and emergency illumination, are included in the lighting circuit. If not, provide such circuit. See Sheet A-5.
