CODE SECTION/ DEVELOPMENT STANDARD
1. Since the modular offices will be used temporarily, a Temporary Use Permit (TUP) is required prior to site plan approval. Please contact Bill Balak at 791-5550 for TUP information. Provide the TUP approval memo and the TUP approved plans.

2. Under the Zoning/Land Use Code Review block on sheet AS1.2, revise the front street perimeter yard note to "greater of 21 feet or height of the building, measured from the back of future curb." In addition, clarify by note the proposed building height.

3. This plan may be reviewed over the counter by the Zoning Review Section. Please contact Dan Castro to set an appointment.

4. All requested changes must be made to the site and landscape plans.
