DRAINAGE REPORT:
1. Specify the name, address, and telephone number of the person(s), firm(s), agency or agencies responsible for the ownership, operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and liability of the drainage improvements proposed within this development, in accordance with the City of Tucson Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management (SMDDFM), section 2.3.1.2 E - Development Standard (DS) 10-02.0;
2. Provide a detailed Detention/Retention basin maintenance checklist and schedule, and basin performance criteria for annual and as-needed inspections of the basins and drainageways, addressing the items specified in the SMDDFM (sections 2.3.1.6 C 1& 2 and 14.3);
3. All floodplains shall be labeled in accordance with one of the options provided in the SMDDFM, section 2.3.1.4 C 7;
