The proposed sight visibility triangles on the site plan are backwards, revise plan accordingly. 2. For the proposed solid waste condition and location, provide written approval from John Clark of the Solid Waste Department, 791-5543 extension 1126. 3. Add a general note to the site plan stating that, all roof down spouts on all structures must be routed under any adjacent sidewalks and sidewalks must be flood free for up to the 10yr. event." DS 2-08.4.1.E 4. Please include in your third submittal a drainage statement addressing how the current flow through condition will continue to allow floodwaters to be accepted and released from the 30" CMU wall located on the north side of the property. Additionally the proposed sidewalk must be flood free for up to the 10-yr. event. A drainage structure (scupper) must be provided to route stormwater under the sidewalk. Show this structure on the plan (with appropriate sizing). DS 2-08.4.1.E.
