All walls are required to meet the provisions of DS 3-01.5.0 Sight Visibility Triangles. Revise as necessary. 3) The loading areas, if located within 100 feet of an adjacent street, are required to be screened completely from adjacent streets with a minimum six-foot high masonry wall. LUC Table 3.7.2-I 4) City Engineer approval is required in order to locate landscaping within the adjacent public rights of way. LUC 3.7.2.9.A Provide written documentation of any approvals received. This verification is required prior to plan approval. 5) The required street landscape borders provided must contain the minimum number of trees and the minimum percentage of groundcover plantings per LUC 3.7.2.4.A.
