A new site plan along with a yellow card for site review is required prior to building plan approval. Since the proposed canopy is eliminating some of the existing parking, a new site plan is required to ensure adequate parking.
It is not clear if this permit is also for a new paint booth in addition to the canopy. Please clarify.
