Site utility plan and calculations indicate a ¾" meter is to be installed on a 1" water service line. The size of the meter must be the same as the size of the water service line. Reference Sections 610.2 and A 6.1, UPC 1994. 6. Termination of the excess pressure relief from the water heater over a service sink is not approved location. Reference Section 608.5, UPC 1994. Show routing of the excess pressure relief. 7. The provided roof drainage calculations appear to indicate that the 4x5 downspouts are to be used for both roof drains and overflows. Appendix Section D 1.1 (d), UPC 1994, requires that the overflow be independent of the roof drain.
