Relocate the container or obtain written approval from John Clark at the Department of Solid Waste Management for the proposed location. See DS 6-01 for solid waste location requirements. 2. Cut and fill quantities must be included on the plan. If fill quantities exceed 50 yards a Grading Plan and Grading Permit is required. If required, submit the Grading Plan and permit application with the next Site Plan submittal. 3. Show finish contours (or drainage arrows) on the plan indicating how the drainage will be directed around the building from the parking area. |

Based on the propsoed building height of 21'2", the minimum building setback required for the north lot line setback is 15.875 feet, only 15 feet is being provided. D.S. 2-02.2.1.A.7 2. Add the lot boundaries and dimensions for the adjacent lots which are affected by the ingress/egress easement.
