Sheet E2
1. MCC Section 2DF feeds a 2 HP Oven Make-Up. Keynote 4 calls for a 30A fuse. 3-Phase 480V motor draws 3.4 A. 30AF is not sufficient to serve as Short Circuit & Ground Fault Protection.
2. Show overload protection for the 2 HP Oven Make-Up above.
3. Coordinate MCC Section 2DF with same on New MCC Load One Line Diagram Sheet E8. Here it feeds AC-01, not Oven Make-Up. Here it is protected by a 50AF, not a 30AF.
4. If the depiction on Sheet E8 is correct in that 2DF supplies AC-01, note that a 50AF is not sufficient to protect #10 conductors.
5. MCC Section 4LM feeds a 5 HP Oven Make-Up. Keynote 6 calls for a 5A fuse. 3-Phase 480V motor draws 7.6 A. 5AF is not sufficient to allow this motor to start.
6. Coordinate MCC Section 4LM with same on New MCC Load One Line Diagram Sheet E8. Here it feeds EF-01, not Oven Make-Up #3. Here it is 4 HP, not 5 HP.

1. Coordinate with Sheet E7 and CCK3. Label rooms consistently. This review assumes that the room designations on E7 and CCK3 are the correct ones.
2. Prep-Oven Bays, Rooms 103 and 114. It is understood from a conversation with Charles Riggs (3/5/03) that these are to be classified locations. This was not indicated on Sheet CCK3 of the Code analysis booklet, nor are there provisions for the work to be done in compliance with Code requirements for these areas, as classified. Please clarify whether indeed the activities in these rooms would render them candidates for classification, and if so what that classification shall be. Revise plans as necessary. Note that if aircraft are to be moved into this area for processing, they would have to be Unfueled according to the definition in NFPA 409 3.3.13 to avoid classification according to Article 513, Aircraft Hangers.
3. New prep-Bay, Room 110. Same as above regarding the question of classification, and the electrical work to be performed in this area.
