Provide dimensions and show method of compliance with IBC 503.1.3 or Table 602 for multiple buildings on a site. Revise code data on Sheet 0.2 showing 600' clear at South (address pool building/covered ramada). 2. Denote requirement to post room capacity and indicate the number of occupants to be posted. Ref. IBC 1003.2.2.5. Coordinate occupant load shown on Sheet 0.2 with Sheet 1.0. Sheet A1.0 1. Provide detailing for roof drainage scuppers and reflect height and width of the drainage openings. Ref. 2. Provide listed tested firestops for penetrations where protected openings are required at this time, or denote on Cover Sheet as a Deferred Submittal pursuant to IBC 106.3.4.2. Ref. IBC 711. 6. Sheet 0.2 of plans does not show any drinking fountains in the schedule for "Plumbing Fixtures Provided, Existing" and only one drinking fountain in the provided table. See IBC Table 2902.1 for the number of drinking fountains required, and revise plans as necessary. 7. Address compliance with IBC 1109.1, 1109.2 for entrances. Also, if the space is required to comply with IBC 1107.2.4, comply with 1109.3 for signage regarding listening devices. STRUCTURAL COMMENTS General 1.
