The following items must be revised on or added to the site plan: 1. Once the lot combination has been processed, provide the following documentation to the Zoning Review Section for review: signed and notarized affidavit, copy of recorded legal descriptions (Exhibit "A" in affidavit), and approved Pima County tax combination form. A copy of the tax combo form and affidavit is attached to these review comments. 2. The single vehicle parking space shown adjacent to and to the north of the building must be a minimum of 10 feet in width if it is adjacent to a building wall or any other barrier over 6 inches in height.
