Comments:

1. A site card must be included with the grading card. The development plan was approved but a site card was never pulled and signed off by the dsd reviewers nor was the sirte plan stamped and signed off for site approval.2

2. Per the grading plan the screen walls and alignment along the southeast east side of the is site (Alvernon Way frontage) do not match the aopproved development plan as approved by CDRC.PLease contact Joe Linville with regards to location or alignment. A revised D.P. or grading plan may be required.

3. Per the approved development plan a monument sign is proposed along the southeast property line connecting to the thirty inch high screen wall. The sign as shown on the developmen plan clearly depicts the monumment sign with thin the future SVT. The detail drawing for the signis greater than thirty inches in height, 48 inches to exact. In order for this sign to be allowed in the SVT a approval through a DSMR will be required or the sign must be located outside the SVT.
