The following items must be revised or added to the Grading Plan. Please include a letter with the next submittal addressing how all the engineering and floodplain comments have been addressed.

Resubmittal Required: Grading Plan

Grading Plan

1. A Grading Plan must match the approved Development Plan. Although finished grades may be slightly different, all other information must match. The exsiting contours on the Grading Plan do not match those on the Development Plan.

3. Show a length and width dimension for the basin.

4. Show grading limits on the plan. See IBC Chapter 36 Section 14 for required setbacks.

5. Sheet GR2 lists keynotes that are not on the plan.

6. Place a note on the plan, "All roof downspouts will be routed under any adjacent sidewalk. Sidewalks must be flood free for up to the ten year event".

7. Section 5 Sheet GR-3 shows the WSEL as 75.03 and the inlet invert at 75.35 but shows the water surface line higher than the invert. The invert also does not agree with the Development Plan.
