GENERAL COMMENTS

1. A copy of the stamped approved Tentative Plat must be included with the Grading Plan submittal.

2. Tentative Plat approval is required prior to Grading Plan approval.

3. The Tentative Plat is currently in the review process. Any changes made to the Tentative Plat must be reflected on the Grading Plan.

GRADING PLAN COMMENTS

1. The Tentative Plat shows a 16' X8" wall opening at Wilson. The Grading Plan Sheet 1 detail 6 specifies 17.5 ft. with no height. The curb inlet and channel are both 19.5 ft. Specifiy the correct height and length of the wall opening on the Grading Plan.

2. Curb returns on Fort Lowell must have a radius of 25 ft.

3. Place a note on the plan that all roof downspouts will be routed under any adjacent sidewalk. Sidewalks must be flood free for up to the ten year event. DS 2-08.4.1.E
