The Site Plan, Grading Plan and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) were not approved at this time. Site and Grading Plan comments: 1. Revise the calculations for the required retention volume. The runoff coefficients for the five-year rainfall depth must be used. Prepare a SWPPP that meets the minimum requirements of the AzPDES General Permit. Use the checklist available on the ADEQ web site to ensure that all required elements are included. Include a copy of the completed checklist with the resubmittal. The checklist is available at www.adeq.state.az.us/environ/water/permits/stormwater.html#const. Revise the Site Plan, Grading Plan and the SWPPP to address all of these comments and resubmit two copies of the grading plan and three copies of the SWPPP.
