Salvia Drive REVIEWER: Doug Williams DATE: 13 April 2004 ACTIVITY NUMBERS: T03CM4826/T03BU02601 SUMMARY: Engineering Division has reviewed the grading plan received on March 15, 2004. Approval is not recommended at this time. Please ensure a resubmittal includes reference copies of the approved Tentative Plat and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan for this subdivision. Please address the following comments: SITE/GRADING PLAN COMMENTS 1. Please clarify the proposed limits of grading - the plan identifies two separate (eastern) grading limits. 2. Depict appropriate stormwater controls on the plan for this lot development, as discussed in the March 16, 2004 meeting. 3. Provide a basis of elevation with reference to City of Tucson (COT) Field Book and Page, in accordance with Development Standard (DS) 2-02.2.1.23; 4. Provide north-south and east-west cross sections, fully labeled and dimensioned. The cross sections must depict existing and proposed elevations with proposed slopes clearly indicated. 5. Depict overall lot drainage with flow arrows provided on the plan. Include proposed spot elevations and finished grades, any erosion protection, and any proposed walls with openings labeled and dimensioned, or with appropriate notes for opening locations/dimensions. 6. Provide easement dimensioning, and ensure all easements are depicted as indicated on the approved Tentative and/or Final Plats. Please indicate the proper name of this subdivision in the title block (…Montage Vista II).
