RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: SITE PLAN A site inspection was conducted on this property in effort to see if the property was built according to the approved plan dated 1/15/97. 1. The approved site plan shows an extruded curb on the east side of the property. The site inspection showed that the extruded curb is not on the property. The extruded curb needs to be constructed on site or the site plan needs to be revised. 2. It is not clear if the rock rip rap in the east channel has been constructed due to the fact the channel has approximately 1 foot silt/sand. Please remove the silt/sand in order to see if the rock rip rap is in place. If the rock rip rap is not installed, it needs to be installed per plan or the site plan needs to be revised. 3. The required bike racks were not found on site during the time of the inspection. Please install the bike racks or revise the plan as necessary. |
