Approvals are not recommended at this time - resubmittal is required. Please address the following comments listed below, and provide a response letter specifically addressing each comment. 1. Please address the following previous comment: "Geotechnical and drainage report considerations and recommendations should address minimum structure setbacks from the retention/detention basin and associated discharges, to ensure no adverse impact will occur to adjacent structures and/or properties as a result of this development". 2. Clearly depict, label and provide the finished floor elevation of the existing adjacent structure on the site plan and grading/drainage plan, in accordance with the City of Tucson's Standards Manual for Drainage Design and Floodplain Management (SMDDFM) - Development Standard 10-02.0 - Section 14.2.4, and section 9.7 of the 2000 International Building Code (IBC), local amendment.
