04/13/2004 | Paul Machado | ENGINEERING | REVIEW | Approved | To: CDG Architects DATE: April 16, 2004 Mario Sanchez 2102 N. Country Club Blvd. Tucson, Arizona 85716 SUBJECT: 8050 E. Lakeside Parkway Grading Plan T03BU02490 (Third Review) T14S, R15E, Section 28 RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading plan, Drainage Report and SWPPP. The Grading Plan (GP) and Drainage Report (DP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal. Grading Plan: 1. Please include a response letter to the comments along with the corrected copies with re-submittal. 2. The GP cannot be approved prior the approval of the SP. 3. Please include a detail for the opening of the masonry wall opening for the screen wall the crosses the drainage swale at the North side of the property. 4. Due to the commercial vehicles entering the site, curb returns will be required. A permit or a private improvement agreement will be necessary for any work performed within the Right-of-way. Contact Permits and Codes at (520) 791-5100 for permit information. Please eliminate the driveway apron and install curb radii per D.S. 3-01.3.2.C. Vertical curb is required in the R/W. Per previous comment. 5. Detention/Retention basins must be graded to drain to the basin side toward the weir. This does not necessarily mean to drain out of the basin, but to pond in one section of the basin only. Please add percentage slope to basin. Per previous comment. Drainage Report: 1. The DR is conditionally accepted for SP purposes only, upon the completion of the following comment. 2. Add basin dimensions to verify volume and construction purposes. Per previous comment. Perhaps a basin detail to define its construction would suffice. Stormwater pollution prevention plan: 1. The SWPPP has been accepted.
