Approval is not recommended at this time. Please address the following comments: SITE/GRADING PLAN COMMENTS 1. Please provide excavation and grading notes on the plan. Include reference to conformance with excavation and grading requirements in accordance with the 2000 International Building Code (IBC), Chapter 36 (local amendment). Please refer to Section 13.1 of the above document (excavation and grading requirements) for placement of fill in excess of 2 feet above existing grade at any location in the outer 100 feet of the developing site. Compliance with items 1-4 must be met prior to approval of the grading plan (2000 IBC). Specifically show how the lower section of the house meets this requirement; 3. Provide a basis of elevation with reference to City of Tucson (COT) Field Book and Page, in accordance with Development Standard (DS) 2-02.2.1.23; 4. Please indicate if rock riprap placement is to be on filter fabric for soil stabilization purposes; 5. Depict and label the 10'x10' utility easement as delineated on the Final Plat (Book 46, Page 8).
