The Grading Plan and Site Plan were not approved at this time. Grading/Site Plan comments: 1) Show lot and roof drainage for all lots. Show positive drainage away from all foundations. 2) Label the water surface elevation and low point at the wash crossing in the driveway of lot 2. Show that the wash crossing provides all weather access. 3) Provide a cross access easement for lots 3 and 4 for the shared driveway. Show the easement and recordation information on the plan. Revise the Grading/Site Plan to address all of these comments and resubmit two copies for review along with a copy of the approved development plan.
