Development Plan General Note 30. 3. Place a note on the Grading Plan that all roof downspouts will be routed under any adjacent sidewalk. Sidewalks must be flood free for up to the ten year event. 4. All the building perimeters are surrounded by sidewalks. No scuppers have been provided. The Grading Plan shows a 5 ft. curb opening at the southeast corner of the property. This curb opening is not shown on the Development Plan. What is the purpose of this opening. The Drainage Report states that all flows will exit the property at one location (at the north end of the property). 7. The slope at the far east PAAL is incorrect. The grades show the PAAL draining to the south. The grade arrow indicates a 0.5% grade to the north. The Drainage Report and Development Plan show this PAAL draining to the north. Correct the Grading Plan. 8. Indicate by appropriate finish grades how drainage will be routed around the southwest corner of Building 2 and not allowed to drain onto Wetmore. Please include site map in the title block on the SWPPP. 2. Identify the receiving waters within one mile of the project on the location map. Part IV.C.2.e. 3. Each operator is responsible for submitting a completed NOI to ADEQ and to the City of Tucson. Because Entranco will function as the operator with "Operational Control over Construction Plans and Specifications", Entranco is required to submit an NOI. 4. Identify off-site material storage areas used solely by the project. If there is not an off-site material storage area, please state so in the narrative. Part IV.C.6 5. Describe vehicle and equipment maintenance controls in the narrative. Part IV.c.5 6. Clearly state on the site map and the inspection form that if a BMP has been used inappropriately, it must be must be replaced or modified within 24 hours. Part IV.D.2.b. 7. In areas where construction has temporarily or permanently ceased, stabilization measures must be implemented within 14 days. If construction will resume within 14 days, then no stabilization measures are needed. Please state this in a general note in an appropriate location in the narrative. Part IV.D.4.b, Part IV.D.4.b.i 8. In section 4.3 Stabilization Sequence there is reference to Section 5.2, it is not clear why there is reference to Section 5.2. Please clarify. 9. If stabilization includes establishing perennial vegetation, and drought conditions or seasonally arid conditions preclude vegetation establishment, vegetative stabilization must be initiated as soon as practicable.
