Please address the following review comments prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy. Grading Plan: 1. The Grading Plan is approved conditionally, contingent on the approval of the SWPPP. 2. The GP will be pulled and denied if the SWPPP is not corrected within the 4 day time period (September 5, 2003) agreed upon in our meeting on 8-29-03. Those present were Sam O'Shannesy, Joaquin Rincon and Paul Machado. Drainage report: 1. The Drainage Report is approved conditionally. See note 2 above. Stormwater pollution prevention plan: 1. The Stormwater pollution prevention plan is approved conditionally and must be corrected and submitted by September 5, 2003 or the GP will be pulled and denied. See note 2 above.
