RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: Grading Plan and Drainage Report

The Grading Plan (GP) and Drainage Report (DR) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Grading Plan:
1. All grading plan comments have been addressed. However the grading plan cannot be approved prior to the approval of the Development plan.
Drainage report:
1. A drainage addendum is not allowed. As per our conversation, you will submit the "whole" drainage report along with your next submittal. The scupper calculations are acceptable, however, the calculations must be included in the DR. Per previous comments.
2. Please see previous comments on the drainage report from the Development plan submittal. See attached.
3. Percolation tests are required prior to the approval of the retention/detention. The rate of percolation cannot exceed 12 hours. Please submit the percolation results on the next submittal.
Stormwater pollution prevention plan:
1. The SWPPP has been accepted.
