SUMMARY: The Grading-Paving Plan and Drainage Report were received by Engineering on April 1, 2003. Development Services Department Engineering Division has reviewed the grading plan and drainage report. The grading plan was not approved. Please address the following comments.

Drainage Report comments:
1) Revise page 6 of the drainage report to state that the curb will be a 1 foot vertical curb.
Grading Plan comments:
2) The joint use access agreement must be recorded before the grading permit can be issued. Include recordation information on the grading plan.

Revise the grading plan to address all of these comments and resubmit two copies for review. The floodplain use permit can be approved once the grading plan is approved.
