A plot plan will be required when the type of model has been determined. 3. Remove "Site Plan" from title. 4. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting" 5. Call out the names of all washes. 6. Call out all slopes and stabilization material (concrete, riprap, gabbions or vegetation). 7. Slopes of 3H: 1V, hand placed riprap is suggested. 8. Slopes of 2H: 1V or greater grouted riprap is suggested. 9. List percentage of the graded area. 10. Flow arrows within the site to show drainage scheme. 11. Show proposed swale on the plans. Remove "site" from the title. Clearly label on the plan all the natural undisturbed set aside areas. Add a general note stating that these areas will be protected with temporary fencing prior to the start of grading/construction. A pre-permit inspection will be required prior to grading plan aprroval to verify the fencing is in place. All saguaros are required to be preserved in place or transplanted on site. Please clearly delineate on the grading plan the location of the saguaros on site and state on the plan if they will be transplanted or preserved in place. |
