The Grading Plan (GP) cannot be approved as submitted. Please address the following review comments prior to the next submittal.

Grading Plan

1. Please include a response letter explaining how each comment was addressed along with the resubmittal of the corrected copies of the grading plan.
2. Add note: "Depress all landscaped areas a maximum of 6" for water harvesting"
3. Call out all slopes and stabilization material (concrete, riprap, gabions, or vegetation).
4. The proposed graded area of this plan exceeds the 10128 square foot limit established by tentative plat and rezoning conditions. Revise the grading plan so that the graded area meets the requirement.

06/09/2003 PATRICIA GILBERT NPPO REVIEW Denied An approved site plan is required prior to grading plan approval. Please submit an approved copy of the site plan. Remove "site" from the title.

Clearly label on the plan all the natural undisturbed set aside areas. Add a general note stating that these areas will be protected with temporary fencing prior to the start of grading/construction. A pre-permit inspection will be required prior to grading plan aprroval to verify the fencing is in place.

All saguaros are required to be preserved in place or transplanted on site. Please clearly delineate on the grading plan the location of the saguaros on site and state on the plan if they will be transplanted or preserved in place.
