The proposed graded area of this plan exceeds the 10128 square foot limit established by tentative plat and rezoning conditions. Revise the grading plan so that the graded area meets the requirement. A pre-permit inspection will be required prior to grading plan aprroval to verify the fencing is in place. All saguaros are required to be preserved in place or transplanted on site. Please clearly delineate on the grading plan the location of the saguaros on site and state on the plan if they will be transplanted or preserved in place. |
