Approval is not recommended at this time. Please address the following comments: GRADING PLAN COMMENTS: 1. Depict and label grading limits on sheet C2; 2. Depict roof drainage direction(s) with discharge locations noted. Please include reference to splash pads or other energy dissipating type items at downspout locations; 3. Provide a typical pavement section; 4. Address drainage patterns on the east perimeter of the site. It appears that existing patterns along this portion of the site discharge to the east. Overall existing drainage patterns should be maintained as closely as possible under developed conditions; 5. Proposed finished grades appear to be directing site runoff toward the northwest corner of the parking lot/maneuvering area (low point at 71.25). Existing patterns appear to be draining as sheet flow along the north lot line. Please revise as necessary; 6. The benchmark elevation provided does not match the elevation provided on Sheet T-1; please revise necessary. Please address all of the above comments.
